Inventics Center

The Inventics Center groups scientific personalities of the academic community and young researchers who aspire to scientific performance which provides the framework for scientific creativity and auspicious environment for education and maintaining a creative mentality among the research team.

The activity of the Inventics Center is blended with educational activities and take account of the following requirements:

• education and maintaining a creative mentality among young researchers;
• training of specialists who can compete with professional performance and creative skills to the frontiers of knowledge;
• increasing competitiveness of University “Stefan cel Mare” Suceava on market leading skills;
• supporting the training of elite performance among younger teachers;

The Inventics Center represents for young researchers a true school of research and creativity playing an important role in stimulation of quality research and a creative mentality of moral and volitional qualities such as passion, tenacity, perseverance and ability to aim and ability to bearing failures.

The Inventics Center is meant to refer and to address the shortcomings of the educational nature such as failure sequence-divergent approach to solving technical problems, the impossibility of creation of the separate phases of assessment, lack of fantasy and imagination, lack of sensitivity to the problems and to new, non-competitive spirit and the integration of values, lack of anomicity, neophobias, etc.

The activity of Inventics Center includes the following strategic objectives:

• identification and prioritization in terms of development needs at the science policy;
• setting strategy to develop future activities and the establishment of new research directions and objectives;
• identifying and promoting solutions to attract young people values (Ph.D., MA, students) to research activity and to promote scientific and technical creativity.
